 Living a distance from my country property but yet still wanting to start developing it, I knew I would have a struggle. How was I going to over-see something like that? Neighbors had recently placed a building on their property, so I asked them about theirs and they told me it was done by Golden Crescent Construction out of Victoria. They told me GCC does it from start to finish to my specifications – including the leveling, concrete, walls, and so much more. That sounded perfect - something turn-key that fit what I needed done without me having to get involved along the way.
So I got the ball rolling and within a very short time, mine was done too. They worked within the timeline they said they would, kept me advised of progress, and were the friendliest and most accommodating for what I needed. I took some pictures along the way of the progress, and friends I showed them to that have experience with building projects, were really impressed with the construction. Their thumbs-up was a good feeling. I would use GCC again and as I have already done, will continue to recommend them to others seeking the same type of thing. Thank you for making it so easy for me!

When we first decided to move to the ocean front for our retirement years, I determined that I would have a large metal building that would serve as a garage for vehicles, a shop for woodworking and an an area for general crafts and painting. Our residence was to be right on the water; so it would have to be windstorm safe, and of the highest quality in order to survive storms. The retirement property was across the state from my home and business; so I knew that I would have to find a value contractor upon whom I could rely for help, cooperation and high quality standards. My first step was to inquire in the area to see who had the reputation for quality design, materials and craftmanship, and just as important to me, whom I could I rely upon to coordinate all of the issues, inspections, licenses and permits and all of the unexpected challenges that I feared would result from being miles away. As it turned out, my decision was not a complex issue: the name of Golden Crescent Construction kept coming back to me from local residents and businesses as my best choice for quality, durability and service support.
I thought that I had planned the building well, but it was counsel from GCC sales and engineering personnel that helped me make the proper choices on features and economies that have assured me of maximum satisfaction and cost-effective servicability from my garage/shop building.
There was one thing that provided GCC with an opportunity to demonstrate its level of service and support: one of the door knob sets started sticking . . . so a service man was sent from their facility immediately the forty miles to my building to replace the lock set. Now that is what I call service! To date we have had only positive experiences and enjoyment of the building.
Combine all of this with the unique engineering design for strength, durability, accessible space and good looks, and I am feeling pretty smart for my choice of a metal building contractor, Golden Crescent Construction in Victoria, Texas.

We are very happy that we selected your company to build our barn. From the beginning we were impressed with your professionalism and amazed at how quickly the job was completed. Michelle Koliba did a great job in helping us finalize the plans.
The men who built it were very courteous and did a good job putting it together. (The cement crew really impressed us with their hard work.) Clayton Kenne did a great job making sure everything was done right and that the job site was left clean.

I was very pleased with the GCC experience. GCC performed
professionally from concept to completion of my project. GCC
said what they would do and did what they said.
All phases of construction were started on time and the building was
completed ahead of schedule. I am very pleased with the finished
product. I will use GCC in the future.

 In 2008, when I sold my home in Port O'Connor, Texas, and
opted to develop some land west of Corpus Christi, I considered
the durability of quality metal buildings. I had witnessed
them survive the 115 mph winds of Hurricane Claudette in 2003
without visible damage.
Needing a quality barn on the property, I shopped for a
good metal builder. My final choice was Golden Crescent Construction
Co., in Victoria, Texas, that had been recommended to me by
my realtor upon the advice of a doctor from San Antonio. It
was great advice.
My transaction with GCC was handled by phone, and the GCC
folks could not have been nicer, or more helpful. They remembered
prior customers by name and location, and offered great insight
into my best and most affordable options. When a deal was
struck there was not the 30-day delay waiting for materials
required of other builders. Within a week I met a knowledgeable
and helpful engineer on the property and a slab was poured
immediately thereafter. Within three weeks the barn was complete.
All of the work done by GCC was of highest quality-the re-enforced
concrete slab was perfectly level and incorporated a number
of helpful details, such as offset height at door openings
to minimize dirt intrusion. The metal building was engineered
and built in such a way as to afford maximum wind protection
(this was the only company I contacted that offered windstorm
guarantees in my hurricane prone area). The folks at GCC always
timely showed up, were courteous to deal with and professionally
answered whatever questions I had. Their prices were very
reasonable and competitive with "bargain enterprises"
found on the internet.
I hope now to erect another metal building on the property
to include living quarters. There will be no need to shop
for a company to build it. Golden Crescent Construction Co.
has earned my future business needs. They provide quality
service at a great price.
